Permissions and access

Settings within the CoBaseKRM application are grouped as follows:
- Workspace settings - settings that are related to a workspace that you are currently working within.
- General settings - general settings that are associated to the current workspace that you are working in
- Workspace dashboard - a summary of knowledge governance objects, other key objects and processes, and operational workflow for a given workspace
- Members - members that are associated to the current workspace that you are working in
- Roles - roles and permissions associated to the current workspace that you are working in
- Audit Log - lists all audit entries that have been recorded for all significant actions performed in the current workspace

  • Account settings - settings that are related to a business account and to all of the workspaces that belong to the business account.
    • General settings - general settings that are associated to your business account
    • All workspaces - all purchased workspaces that are associated to your business account
    • Account admins - lists all account admins who are associated to your business account
