Navigation in the CoBaseKRM Web client

When you log in to the web client for CoBaseKRM, you work within the area of a workspace that you belong to as a member. The Projects view of the workspace that you were last working within is displayed by default. If you have logged in for the first time, the Projects view is empty and you will need to create a project to begin working with CoBaseKRM.

The navigation bar features links to the major areas of a workspace and other menu options for viewing and changing settings.

Workspace name field and menu

The Workspace name field on the right side of the navigation bar displays the currrent workpace that you are working in. It also features a menu of other existing workspaces that you belong to so that you can switching to a different workspace, add a new workspace, or change workspace settings.

User account field and menu

The user account field is displayed on the right side of the navigation bar. When you click the field or icon, a menu displays the following options:

  • Settings - navigates to the Settings view, where you can edit details of your profile

  • User Documentation - opens a new browser tab and navigates to the home page for CoBaseKRM user documentation

  • Release Notes - opens a new browser tab and navigates to the Release Notes page within the CoBaseKRM user documentation

  • Logout - lets you log out of the web client
