To get started with using CoBaseKRM, administrators and users have different groups of setup tasks to be completed to configure system components and create data objects to support the system environment.

IT implementation information

The IT implementation information page is intended for the CoBase administrator and the IT department for your organization. It provides detailed information about hardware and software requirements, resources, implementation and deployment, performance optimization, data integrity and security, and other IT-related information that is necessary to support the CoBaseKRM system environment.

  1. This specific task actually only requires a minimum role of Guest for a new user to join a workspace. However, typically as part of the first-time setup process to assign new users to a workspace who are allowed to begin working on projects, a minimum role of Researcher is required.
